Do you pay attention to what you actually eat in a day? You might be surprised if you actually wrote it down!! I challenge you all to do a food log for a week! Here is day 1 of mine. I am breastfeeding a 5 month old so some days I'm SOOO HUNGRY!!

We start every morning with a good breakfast. Usually it's some variation of the same thing: eggs, kale or spinach and goat cheese. Every once in awhile we add turkey bacon. I usually will eat some fresh fruit or yogurt as well.

Breakfast! 2 Cage Free Organic eggs,  1 cup kale and 1 TBS of Goat Cheese. Cooked in Olive Oil.

Every morning I make a "cocktail" of FitLine PowerCocktail, Activize and Collagen Peptides.

-POWERCOCKTAIL has vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and niacin – contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, is rich in vitamin C - contributes to the normal function of the immune system, is rich in vitamin E and C – contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, also rich in selenium – contributes to the normal function of the immune system, has vitamin C which increases iron absorption and NTC which supports optimum nutrient intake.

-ACTIVIZE  OXYPLUS supplies exactly those active substances which our body needs to produce energy. Activize also supports the body in providing the body cells with additional vital substances. It supports energy gain from food (carbohydrate combustion), supplies the body with all B-vitamins for concentration and achievement levels, contains maritime algae powder and has better bio-availability by the exclusive NTC.

My girlfriend who sells skincare told me about these Collagen Peptides and how they've changed her skin. I decided to give them a try and FELL IN LOVE!!! I just ordered my second jar!

Because I am breastfeeding I snack A LOT! I'm always hungry. Since going gluten free snacking is a little more difficult, especially on the go. I love Kind bars! They are gluten free, low glycemic index, only 5g sugar and 6g protein!

I try to do a light lunch. Since having the baby I replace my lunch with a FitLine Chocolate meal replacement shake. Sometimes I make a shake and other times I mix it with plain greek yogurt, flax and chia seeds and strawberries like the picture below. It tastes like dessert!!

Lunch! 1 Cup plain Greek Yogurt, 3 scoops Chocolate ProShape Meal Replacement Shake, 1 TBS Chia Seeds, 1 TBS Flax Seeds, 4-5 Strawberries. YUM!

I always have a snack between lunch and dinner. This day I had a gluten free strawberry fruit strip from Aldi and a hard boiled egg.

We LOVE to juice in our house! We juice 1-2 times a day. Today I juiced once. I made orange, kale, cucumber, apple juice. It's SO good and good for you! I use a Breville Juicer and LOVE it!!

 4 Oranges, 2 cups Kale, 1/2 Cucumber, 1/2 apple

This juicer is AMAZING and only $100!!

And dinner!!! We eat A LOT of chicken and turkey so tonight I changed it up a bit and bought steak! The kids were so excited. Mike and I don't eat a lot of red meat so we split a filet. I always try to eat more veggies then meat with dinner.

1/2 an Organic, Grassfed beef Filet with Spinach and 1 TBS Goat Cheese. Zucchini with Kerry Gold butter, Pink Salt, Turmeric and Garlic.

I often snack between dinner and bedtime because of breastfeeding. I don't like to eat later in the evening so I try to eat something healthy. Tonight I had an apple and peanut butter.

1 apple and 1/4 cup of natural peanut butter.
